Strategic Organization

Organizing through Action...
This course takes the theoretical and makes it practical. It traces the historical development of the corporation-model organization, critically examines its characteristics, traces its influence on current educational systems, and explains its debilitating effects. Emphasis is on how to create a new kind of human system that frees each person to exercise his or her full power. (2 Days)

This course is intended for board members, administrators, teachers, and support personnel—all those who have specific responsibilities for decisions and actions that affect the system. The purpose is to create a natural formation through mutual commitments and expectations that transcends traditional job descriptions and standardized evaluations, and also to ensure strategic application of resources by providing continuous evaluation and development of both individual and system performance.
