This program will enable you to understand the critical relationship between strategic intent and action; learn how to meaningful appropriate different kinds of action; explore a completely new concept of organization; build capacity in action; establish mutual commitments and expectations for everyone in the system and create an organizational culture that focuses all energies on the mission and objectives. This course is designed for board members, administrators, as well as teaching and support staffs. The purpose is to develop a practical understanding of how to create a dynamic organizational formation that is both aligned with the plan and ensures the system capacity necessary to realize the plan.
