Roz Keck is a Senior Strategist with Cambridge Strategic Services. Roz served Spring Independent School District as Interim Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, Executive Director for Secondary School Improvement, Principal at both the elementary and middle school levels, and as an elementary school teacher. She participated in the development of District Findings and Directions used to direct the planning of a Ten-Year Master Plan for Facilities. She has experience in the Texas Education Agency Accreditation Process as a member of several accreditation teams, as well as in the selection of instructional materials as a member of several textbook selection committees. Roz joined SHW Group in June of 2006 and provided educational support and Visioning facilitation in several districts. In July 2007 she became a Senior Strategist with Cambridge and continues providing educational services to school districts.
