For over 30 years Cambridge has been the leading provider of Strategic Planning for America’s Schools. Historically, there have been two sides to our practice: 1) facilitation of strategic thinking, planning, and action in order to establish a strategic context so that all resources and energies can be dedicated to the organization’s strategic intent; and 2) teaching graduate courses on STRATEGICS® in both local and national venues. To date, we have worked in over 1,100 school districts and trained over 7,000 strategic planning facilitators.

In 2007, Cambridge dramatically expanded its capacity. We now provide an array of strategic support services that ensure our client districts can not only implement their plan but can continue to evolve as they discover new possibilities. Our aim is more than mere sustainability; we want our clients to be capable of continuous creation.
